We will arrange a suitable time for you where we will go through step by step how we work, giving you the opportunity to see what packages we could offer you
We will go into great detail about
your current lifestyle, activity levels, goals and objectives, likes & dislikes,etc
We will carry out a full assessment of your fitness levels. (Tests include: Weight, BMI, % Bofy Fat, CV fitness, musclular strength, etc)
We will design an effective training plan that is client specific and will suit your needs.
We will review your progress using charts and graphs to assess how you are doing. Visual aids such as charts will help you motivate yourself to reach your end goals
