FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Along with a client profile, we provide an in-depth fitness assessment where we find out the client's current fitness levels. This assessment looks into various aspects of fitness (For example: Aerobic capacity, flexibility, and muscular strength, etc) Other tests included are; resting heart rate, recovery heart rate, blood pressure, height and weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), waist to hip ratio, % body fat, and weight loss, etc. These assessments will be used to measure any changes in the client's fitness levels,
After the initial fitness assessment, all future assessments will be taken on a monthly basis to view the client's progression *
* Fitness assessments will be taken every four weeks, and part of 1 to 1 sessions paid for.
