EXTREME CIRCUITS
Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time before moving on to the next exercise. Circuit training has become increasingly popular with regular gym-goers; the reason being, that it provides a one-stop exercise session, combining cardiovascular activity, toning and resistance training.
